The Elite Pilates Club

The Elite Pilates Club is a reformer pilates studio with two locations in Metro Manila, McKinley in Taguig and Antipolo in Rizal. We designed and built the site that runs it: the timetable, the class packages, the member accounts, the payments and the members' video library.

Classes were being taken through messages and held in a schedule the front desk kept by hand. Nobody outside the studio could see which reformers were still free, class packs were tracked manually so balances and expiry dates came down to memory, and payments arrived separately from the booking they belonged to. With a second studio opening, the admin was about to double.

Members create an account, see the real timetable for both studios and take a spot that is held the moment they book it. Class packs are sold as credits, so the account knows the balance, the expiry date and what a cancellation before the cutoff puts back. Payments run through Xendit next to the local methods clients already use, and each one stays attached to the class it paid for. The studio edits its own coaches, schedules, prices and packages, and members with an active pack get the studio's own video library in the same account.

The timetable is the booking system now, for both studios at once. Spots are taken and paid for in one step instead of chased afterwards, credits and expiries are settled by the account rather than argued over at the desk, and the second location joined the same system instead of starting a second pile of paperwork.
