Chérie At Sea

Chérie At Sea is the group's flagship: a booking and ordering platform for luxury catering delivered to yachts, villas and private jets across the Riviera. We designed and built it end to end, from the guest-facing site to the kitchen's order desk.

The catering operation ran on WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets. Every charter enquiry meant re-keying menus, guest counts and delivery points by hand, and there was no single place to see what was booked for the week. Peak season made the cracks impossible to ignore.

We built one system with two faces. Guests browse menus, choose a delivery window and pay a deposit through Stripe. The kitchen sees every confirmed order on a live board with prep lists and delivery points. Menus, prices and availability are all editable in-house, without a developer.

The team now takes bookings around the clock instead of only when someone is free to reply. Deposits are collected up front, so no-shows fell, and a charter that used to take twenty minutes of back-and-forth is confirmed in under two. The group ran its busiest summer without a spreadsheet in sight.
